OUR STORY
Acino Rosso was born in the heart of the Roero from a simple idea: to make wine in the most honest way possible.
Here, the landscape is never the same. The hills shift gently, the soils change from one slope to the next, and the light moves differently just a few steps away. It is a land that does not reveal itself all at once. It asks for patience and gives itself slowly, to those who know how to wait.
Over time, we learned how to stay.
In the vineyard, we follow the rhythm of the seasons without forcing anything. We listen more than we intervene. In the cellar, we continue the same approach: trying not to add noise, only time and attention.
With the years, one simple truth became clear: wine is not invented, it is accompanied.
The Roero taught us this. That what is true does not need to be changed, only recognized.
Our wines are born from this idea. They have character because they do not try to be anything else. They remain faithful to what they are: light, tension and a certain truth of the land they come from.
Acino Rosso is this. A way of being in the vineyards and letting the wine tell the rest.
